Shipping policy

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network. Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of supplier processing, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Lumira Edit is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the stated delivery window, contact Lumira Edit through the store’s contact channel so we can review the order and work with the fulfillment provider.
